iLvl regarding unveiling

So i need non-chaos dmg as chaos dmg rank4 on 1h weapon.
So rank for recepie is ilvl75. So that requires weapon to be ilevel 75 to craft it? That means only weapons of ilevel 75 can have level 4 and get me that crafting recepie (for lv4)? Ive been farming act 8 harbour something (in front of lunaris and solaris fight). I got it that fled which gives that mod but seems like i cant get that mod. Just unlucky or i need to get to ilevel75 maps and then farm it that fled? or that ilevel only requires weapon to be level 75? thanks a much I fought for God, exile. Who do you fight for? Item needs to be at least ilvl 75 for that option to be available to unveil.

so i cant go to harbour which is lv 60 and farm veil mod ilvl50 that is level 3 of that mod to get lv on bench?

No, you can't farm it in Harbour Bridge.

If you don't care about actually finding and just want to have the craft - Buy a weapon that dropped with that mod, scour it, make it a rare again with open prefix, veil it with aislin in research, unveil again and the craft that was on the item will be one of the options

tested it and it does not work, had aisling as leader rank 3, did with trigger on spell cast and non chaos to chaos damage (separate weapons) none of them had that option that i needed so it seems random rather than like you said

Are you sure the item that you bough had original mod (dropped with it) or it was re/crafted by a player? I've done it successfully with 3 items and haven't seen anything about it in patch notes. Did you spend a lot doing it?

well i bought on poe trade since obv if it droped i would get recepie. i dont know how to know if it s droped one or crafted? and i have done it once as aisling rank 3 leader. spent first 5 hours figuring out whole syndicate system which i undderstand a lot better now, have done like more than 50 tier 8 maps (ilv75) but it doesnt want to drop and when it drops its two hand or some other shit. really dont know what to do anymore spent whole day farming that shit
