Whenver your cyclone does enough damage to start clearing well. There's no rush to switch to it. It'll depend on what passives/gear you have. Switch when you feel it clears about as well as sunder/path.

Yes, you just drop the 6L Vaal Ancestral Warchief Setup and use Kaom's instead of Belly. The tree and everything else stays the same.

If you want the keep the Vaal Ancestral Warchief, then you could drop the CDWT setup with Vaal Haste and use:

Warchief > Bloodlust > Melee Phys > Conc Effect.

But I suggest keeping the CDWT setup, cause I value the '50% Increased Rate of Life Recovery if you're stopped taking damage over time recently' Arakaali Pantheon synergy with Blood Rage + CDWT IC.

Any two handed weapon with good pdps and attack speed will be fine.

Limbsplit, Cauterizer, Quecholli, Hrimnor's Dirge, Rigwald's Charge, The Blood Reaper all should be good.

Starforge doesn't do elemental dmg, so added fire dmg, or herald of the ash doesn't work with it?

I have in my Stash Belly if i need to change armor or something. Sould i work it to 6L or 5L is ok?

Starforge can't do ele dmg, so yes neither of those will work. It can do chaos damage though, so you can use Sin's rebirth and Atziri's Promise with it, instead of using Brutality (which doesn't even let you do chaos damage).

Gear looks okay, you can use carcass jack. Your links need fixing, and get better belt and flasks. Get Lion's Roar as soon as possible. Change bandits from alira to two passives, you don't crit, multi is useless.
