[3.15] Crimson Bow Gladiator, RoA + Puncture | Pure Bleed Build | All Content | In-depth
ilvl 83 is enough for the bow right? I don't see any useful mod that would require more than that.
Also, it's weird, but I clicked on like 20 glad/puncture characters from the top of poe.trade and only 1 is using a imperial bow. All the others are citadel or sometimes maraketh for the MS. Track your map runs: http://pathofmaps.com (retired)

I went with a citadel bow in the end, following what I saw on poe.ninja.
In 1 freaking fossil, I got this bow: Really sucks that there's no attack speed, but I think it's a keeper. I'll just add more attack speed on jewels. And maybe use farrul's fur for perma frenzies to compensate. " Yes, ilvl 83 it the maximum you'll need. I should probably specify in end game bow crafting. In starter bow it's rarely needed since the chance to hit T1 or even T2 prefixes is very small. Citadel has the highest damage potential and i list it along Imperial base as the best ones. However you should already know people love their numbers high, it's obvious which is going to be seens as "the best". I still believe Imperial to be the best thanks to that attack speed (which also increases dps, believe it or not). The better crafted the bow is (flat phys), the lesser advantage of the Citadel bow in terms of DPS. One more note. This guide would never exist if i shared the common opinion of the playerbase. Back when i created it in 3.4, people viewed bleed as unviable piece of trash. I'll stick to using my own judgement and math to find optimal build. https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3053600 - My Guides Editado por útlima vez por DankawSL en 29 dic. 2019 10:17:08

Sorry if you felt attacked, I didnt suggest you should change the guide or anything. I was just surprised to see so few imperial bows on poe.ninja. I've never played bleed builds so I cant judge how the difference in attack speed/dps feels.

I have some questions. What should i change next for my stuff ? I have pretty much "good" gear and don't know what my next upgrade must be.
I played rain of arrow until i got my actual weapon (felt incredible, so much better than split), i use split now but i will try rain again with this weapon soon. For jewels, in which order should i chose affixes (i have at least always %increased life) ? 16–20% increased Damage with Bleeding * 14–16% increased Global Physical Damage * 12–16% increased Bleeding Duration / Attacks have 3–5% chance to cause Bleeding * +3-4% to Physical Damage over Time Multiplier What gives better clear/boss damage ? Is tailwind on crit from hunter boots good for us ? Tailwind is incredible but does we proc it often or is it a no ? I don't remember if i can sustain mana without my mana leech on gloves, and how to change theses ? Phys damage over time, increased damage with bleeding ? What's better ? I could change my body too, more life, more/same res with a good evasion base. Same for helmet, what enchant should i get ? I have flesh for a free war banner but i think actual split arrow / puncture damage would be much better. Quiver seems okay. Weapon, would multimod it later to reach 400pDPS with more attack speed If people have advice about all of this, i would gladly take them. |

Are you using PoB? i feel like you could answer a lot of these questions by yourself with it.

" EDIT : Okay i spent some time on pob. I calculated all based on this PoB https://pastebin.com/djxkUspA (Mathil's one). But don't forget author said mathil's way to calculate bleed was 'wrong", so it's all i can get with what i understand and what i have. Best jewels are %phys over time multiplier and bleeding damage, then global phys and finally damage over time (on the same pob, 2.2% both -> 1.9% -> 1.5%). Effectiveness of Phys damage over time decrease the much you stack it but even with this mod on quiver, glove and amulet, it's still the best mod we can have on our jewels. Phys over time multiplier on gloves is better than increased bleeding damage (tested 16% phys vs 26% bleeding) by about 5% more damage for phys (depend on stuff etc). If we must chose between war banner (with flesh and stone enchant) or 40% puncture damage, war banner is better (take both if we can, i dunno how to not make it clunky tho). Otherwise puncture seems to be approx 5% damage boost singletarget. Actually i don't know how to calculate tailwind and blood rage enchant because it doesn't apply to bleed damage directly, it only boost "total dps" which isn't what we want. Alright, so i got theses nice damage gloves for 15c only
I'm trading some life (2 nodes needed for mana leech that i miss right now), + some res (thanks quiver) to boost my damage by +10%. But even with a manapool of 122, i just can't play without mana leech, when i only using one split arrow par pack i'm 100% oom at some point and that slows considerably my clear speed. I don't know where should i get it, on stuff (will be expensive) or simply put 2 points for it (best option i guess, i lose 150 life doing it). I'm starting to be short on resistance, even with a 80% res quiver. Next steps are : - Meta craft bow - Better body armour - Better helmet A proper bow will give me like between 3 (worst roll possible) and 11% damage boost Rest is QoL and capping res/life Editado por útlima vez por Solemplow en 30 dic. 2019 9:44:10
