Would Chieftain be on par with Jugg for this build? Or is the extra tankiness outweigh the pros with Chieftain?

" The build is based around maxing Endurance charges, so Jugg is the recommended choice. There is other build guides for Chieftans using Nebuloch's I think. This is not the best starter build. Loreweave, Kaom's Way and Nebuloch is gonna be hard to find and really expensive the first week. So I would follow f.ex the Sunder guide and save up currency with that and respecc into this guide when I have aquired Nebuloch's and a Loreweave.
