Hello, would the mod "adds # to # physical damage to claw attacks" be useful on abyssal jewels? Or does it not work for some reason I'm not aware of?

Ya I was also wondering about this. I bought a jewel with that mod and it had no effect on my dps.

Is this a bug that I should report? or is there some reason that rigwalds curse only applies to the curse nodes on the passive tree and not to items?

Hi!
I am trying out this build and I am so hyped bout the damage it puts out.
I am playing with tectonic slam, but i got the following problem:

The damage I take is too insane. I get oneshot by a big variety of normal mobs in a tier 11 map. I nearly fullcopied that build. The only thing that is missing is an unnatural instinct. I am lvl 87 and nearly got maxrolls on every part of my gear.

Will the UI change the oneshot-potential for that build?
Or am I just missing a real important part of the build?

elemental resistances are 85/85/75
chaos resistance is at -35 (maybe that is the problem? If so, how to handle that?)
Dodge attacks is 40%
Dodge spells is 30%
and armour is 1504

Thanks for the help and the build! I am really enjoying this!

how much life do you have ?

4565 Life + 201 ES
hi im really enjoying this build now playing tectonic slam

should i invest in chaos resistance on jewels because this league is full of chaos damage mobs?
Any solid alternatives for the boots?

Rigwalds only works with "modifiers", abyss jewels "add" damage it doesn't use the words increase, decrease, more or less.

I also have a question, I'm not seeing anyway to deal with the mana cost of the build. I've started to build a facebreaker using this build/guide and I keep skipping attacks because of being short on mana. I put on a Praxis because I don't have the Tamings yet, but is it going to somehow sort itself out with the int, endgame?

Edit: thinking about fixing it I figured even a tiny amount of mana leech would fix it, then i noticed i hadn't allocated soul raker yet. Problem solved

You can, in theory, run anything. The problem is that with any melee build, you will run into issues with anti-freeze/stun and chill. Kaom's circumvents this with a nice health boost to go with it (at the expense of speed). I experimented playing with a rare boot and anti-freeze & chill flask, but the Kaom's in my experience just worked better. I think it's down to personal preference.
Great build and guide, but a bit of a question.

If I plan on using only Consecrated Path, would it be worth it to use Carcass Jack in stead of Loreweave considering Carcass Jack just got a pretty nice buff? I imagine Carcass Jack would be much smoother for mapping with it's new 50% max area of effect instead of the old 20%.

you would loose huge dmg and defense only for some area

Okay so how does anyone here cap their resists, excluding several Jewels? I see NO way how to do this.

My Tamings are: 10 (Implicit) 25 (explicit) x2 - 70 total
So that's 10 all res. + 15 from Alira, is 25 all res. +18 to all (Scion start) brings us to 43 all res. +10 (Sentinel) Brings us to 53. Then the final 8 from Nullification brings us to 61.
How/where do we get the remaining 19? (Loreweave, 80 max res)

this belt plus 1 jewel with +10 all resists gives +15 all resists.
this is the only resist jewel i am using and i have 94/94/94, however i am using tamings that are +10/+30 so +80 total. and i am level 92. check out my profile for full gear and my tree.

if u used this belt with 2x +10 all resist jewels thats +30 all resist right there. thats probably ur cheapest option for solving resist problems.

i also use 2x Might of the Meek jewels + 1 unnatural instinct jewel in the scion cluster for another +8 all resists.

the might of the meeks + unnatural instinct also gives me
-about another ~250 life more vs using 2 jewels with +43 life. I have 5474 LIFE right now
-a crap ton of additional dps, my tooltip dps using increased aoe is 562K, with flasks it goes up to 1.1 mil
-with conc effect for single target it goes up to 871K and 1.7mil with flasks
-also my might of the meeks are corrupted with +4 +5 increased aoe.

***oh ya i keep forgetting that my facebreakers are legacy 998 facebreakers, so my absolute dps numbers probably arent that helpful. however the jewel combo gave me an additional roughly 60k in tooltip dps***

here are some links you can check out if you want to know more about might of the meek and unnatural instinct combo
