you gear seems okay, the best upgrade will be +2 enchant, and no, you need 50% to get third balls.

Remember to set up the config page, for example you didn't check fortify and frenzy + endurance change and the exposure as well.

also your rings have no elemental damage with attack, you miss one mod on the large cluster, you also have no dmg flask, sub in a wise oak also a dying sun, you dont need 2 life flask, also since we are using leap slam or whirling blades there is no need for quicksilver as well.
you watchers eye have the anger fire dmg leech mod which is useless, get one with ange fire pen or vitality life gain on hit.
also you are only level 80, and you gems are not level 20 yet, also dont understand the enduring cry,

I pumped all I had in my Stash and last ex into it, but somehow I don't even come near anything being super tanky. I even get oneshot on T11 maps to some enemies.

Damage is also quite meh.

And about your POB Link: Where do you get fortify? It's checked but I can't find out where you get it.

Buy a Grelwood's Shank with the "chance to fortify on melee hit" implicit.
That's where he gets his fortify.

Alternatively, you can ditch the poacher's mark skill gem.
And get a COH poacher's mark ring.
You'd lose the chance to gain frenzy on hit but the QOL of not manually casting it is huge.

Then link Whirling blades > faster attacks > fortify.

I personally think it's better to get fortify through leap slam because I think the accuracy implicit on the sword is worth more increasing attack speed and since you leap or whirl around anyway all the time you get fortify easily.

You are not tanky becaue you are lacking 2% all max res and 3% max chaos res on shield. that is a huge suivivabilty boost against elemental damage because the higher your resistances are the more valuable every percent increase is.

You are at 84% chaos res and 77% ele res. 50% of ele is taken as chaos.

So you take 23% of 50% of ele damage and 16% of the other 50%.
So if you increase the chaos by another 5% you only take 11% of 50%. Going from 16% to 11% is 30% less. going from 23% to 21% is 10% less. if you add that up the shield means 20% less elemental damage taken.

And the build isn't as tanky as OP claims since you can't harvest remove/add life anymore to get t1 life on all items.
And damage always was kind of meh. You are lacking the essence crafted helmet and maybe even an essence elevated (level 25) immolate helmet.
Edit: even last league damage was problematic but it got a lot worse with the nerfs.

Yeah that the damage isn't OP is totally clear, I played MS a lot before all those bigger changes. But the 3M I have on PoB currently feel more like 700k-ish. I think most of the damage neg feels are from missing some neat attack speed I guess.

The mega crafted elevated helmet with essence craft is something I don't even think about as I am way too poor to even think about that. I am happy I managed my old +3 projectile helmet from the delve league to get the two most important mods.

The shield is actually super easy to craft. Get the good base, roll one of the resistances with alterations get another shield, roll the other resistance and awakener's orb them together.
seem to be struggling in red maps and vs bosses. Ive tried different ways in putting points (more life, more attack speed etc) 6 enduranc charges and 6.4k-7k life, still dying in a second, and with how bad the damage is build just doesnt seem worth playing unless something is incredibly wrong with my gear

share your pob or items, because that seems like something is really wrong because the build is pretty tanky.
this seems to be a pretty expensive build, what would you say is a good currency point to start with this ?
This build still works with the Forbidden taste changes? I dont know why GGG is just running everything into the ground...
