I do not record video of my fight (I died 3 times), I just have screenshots.

Uber Elder is a tough fight, but absolutely doable as a Pathfinder Toxic Rain using Quill Rain. The fight won't be as easy as a 3.3 Arc Trapper with 2x Shimmerons, ofc. I bricked my first attempt, and then succeeded on the second while dying twice. On my second attempt, I targeted the Propagators better, focused more on what my Mirage was doing, and dodged *less* so I could have higher DPS.

I have a POB of my gear from that fight, and my Character Profile which has a few upgrades (and is mapping focused).

Here are some general recommendations and tips:

Change Witchfire Brew flask to Experimenter's Sapphire Flask of Adrenaline. Our flask bonuses means this is +7 Max Cold Res for us, and Witchfire's curse isn't gonna do !@#$ in Uber Elder anyway. Also you never hold still in the fight, so the Smoke Cloud from Witchfire is also wasted.

Do not use Coralito, or other flasks like that. Dying Sun can be used since the extra arrows and area will solidify your boss DPS, but is probably too expensive given the budget focus of this build.

I recommend Life flask, Quartz, Sapphire, Silver, and Quicksilver. Can also use Sulphur, or Jade.

Herald of Agony feels like a noob trap to me. The DPS is hard to quantify and the mana reservation is hard to justify. I made my Agony into full utility 4L; Agony, Faster Attacks, Withering Touch, and Culling Strike. I don't think Uber Elder / Uber Shaper can actually be 'culled', so Culling can be changed for DPS, or maybe even Blind.

Like others have said, a 4L with RAT Barrage GMP and Withering Touch is very good for lasering in some Withering stacks. The uptime on this totem is very low in an Uber Elder fight, though.

Between your quiver and your Abyss jewel(s), you should have Blind on hit and Maim on hit. Onslaught on kill is great for mapping only, ofc. Additional Arrow on the quiver is nice, but not required.

Buy a 21/0 Toxic Rain gem; Pathfinder doesn't really need the increased area that the 20 Quality would give, though having the quality is still preferred.

Considering spec'ing aggressively for Skill Effect Duration. This means dropping paper DPS on the tree, like the 4 points leading into Heavy Draw, and even giving up a jewel socket, so you can reach the Skill Effect Duration area north of Scion. This costs 7 passive points, assuming you've already pathed into Scion life.

Lots of skill duration effectively acts as a 7th link for your Toxic Rain, and is categorically strong for large, slow bosses like Uber Elder. An ideal 6-link looks like Toxic Rain, Mirage Archer, Vicious, Void, Efficacy, and Swift. Swift/Efficacy could be changed to Added Chaos, if you're not using Thief's Torment and you really need reliable upfront life and mana leech.

Do not, under any circumstance, use Concentrated Effect. Just don't do it. It'll be OK.

Both Toxic Rain helmet enchants are good. Fossil crafting in the -9 Chaos Res aura is also worth doing, though the uptime on this during Uber Elder will be low.

During the fight, focus on where your Mirage Archer is shooting. He will never target the invulnerable phases, and he will know before you do when stuff has spawned off screen, like the DREADED EVIL PROPAGATORS WHICH MUST BE KILLED WITH EXTREME PREJUDICE. So if your Mirage is shooting something, you should probably be shooting that same something.

If you do die, consider waiting there for a few seconds while your Mirage Archer trucks away on whatever boss is targetable. I do believe the Mirage continues to do DPS like this. At the very least this will help clear your head.

I also used Herald of Purity for this fight, for the lulz and because I could afford the 25% mana res. The Purity dudes do seem to draw occasional aggro, and the herald gives you upfront DPS which helps with leech.
