Which build is better tank ? this or build from EngineeringEternity Jugg nebuloch tank? this have ultra regen but jugg have ultra defense ? 2st question- which gems must be in order ? cwdt-molten-immortal-cold snap or what ? and cwdt + enfeblee might be in gloves and 2st setup cwdt with immortal might be in helmet ? because in guide he has immortal in gloves and enfeblee in helmet ? . Without 6l i must have this unique gloves with Arcane surge ?or rare gloves . pls answer to this post :D

Hello so i wa start this buil 68 lv atm i wil start gearing now unfortunetly its so expemsive that i wil must sell my hh :( but anyway ;).
My question aboute soul of arkali i was play ll rf guardian and it was so op but i dont see here any regen proc ?? or i miss somethink ? in budget wersion you post cwdt br ic and its ok but in regular version what proc regen ? or its youst for case bleed etc ?

Well, it can be level 21 too (but only from Dvelve gem chests so its kinda expensive now). Point is, Vaal BV is great range spell, so it's super safe solution for some situations...

Staff itself makes you take damage overtime and IC will interrupt that.
