What do you think about this build 'to https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1886363/page/1 ? Which one would you prefer for Delve ?

I would prefer mine. He's using Champion and not using Adrenaline, which is pretty damn bad in terms of damage. I just don't like Champion as it gives no block and outside of higher armour has no real defense. Reduced damage taken is great, but blocks prevent damage entirely. Spending 1 huge point for fortify is also bad tbh, as it is absolutely normal for any melee build to link fortify to a move skill and it's not a big deal.
Skill-wise it's very close to what i use.
Gladiator is a standard, oldschool version of how Frost Blades were used a long, long time ago.

This is not a 15 ex build. Because you don't need 15 ex to make it work

Please tell me why do you say to use second Fight for Survival, when i can see you use two of them, but one that is on the bottom doesnt have 40 dex for it? And if so, maybe you can find any solution for it to work? (Cuz 3 skill points might not worth it or idk)

It has 40 dex in radius

In path of building for medium size (which that jewel has) it only gets 10 from there. You can check my current character and compare to yours. Path of building says "40 in radius" since it goes for maximum radius, not the medium. Please check it again.
