ok i figured to find all the gems for spectre only and all. Im just confused why we using blade vortex it does no damage. And what about armageddon brand

Is the specter tip about summoning higher ones still valid? I am using slave drivers from act 5 but I can raise like a level 80 specter right now. I would love to raise the best one to my ability instead of weaker ones ( dmg feels good despite this if its the case still). T3 maps so far.
