You can test RS in standard, but I think they will be really weak.

GGG nerfed them 3.11 -> 3.12 30% less damage and now we have 3.12 -> 3.13 30%-40% less damage. So it will be very weak compared to past. :(

Heist is not available in Standard, right? If not, you are out of luck with FAS I think.

Heist is not available in Standard, right? If not, you are out of luck with FAS I think.

Oh - does it mean I can't play this buils at all in standard or can I use similar spectres there?
