I understand what they where trying to achieve with nerfing aura stacking and carrion golems but the nerfs across the board and especially lowering specter level seems pretty heavy handed to builds that don't even utilize either of those.

Unless Ascendancy changes are more favorable than the Dev Manifesto was I think I wont be league starting Necro for Echoes sadly.

I was thinking this as well. I haven't tried that build yet but the Spectre nerf doesn't impact that as much.

The raw health loss will likely make spectres as a whole (especially support spectres) simply unviable.
