Hello, i got a question regarding a starter build. Will it be worth buying boots with Socketed Gems are Supported with Fortify and replace flame dash with skill like Leap slam or shield charge in order to gain fortify?

Quick question for yall on which is better. Would a +1 minion and spell convoking or a +103% minion dmg wand be better? either way i could run 5 spectres. im really hoping the 103 is not local to the wand.
