Can someone explain to me why '4 blue' (glove sockets)?

I'm leveling a League Starter build and currently I'm using Solar Guard spectre, which deals fire damage.

Ok, so I would use 'Storm Brand'. Also I would use 'Flame Dash'

What should I put in the other 2 blue sockets?

or... 'why 4 blue' sockets for gloves?

other two will be curse on hit+curse

Just to be sure, you mean 'Curse on Hit' + 'Elemental Weakness' ?

So that the gloves end up like this:

...or you meant some other curse (other than 'elemental weakness')?
