For cast on curse while mapping, use Ball Lightning. For bosses the brands are better because they attach to it and you don't have to keep casting.

Also BL is VERY good with Victario's Charity to give frenzy charges to minions.

Actually, we don't proc Victario's Charity, Minions do with the Necromantic Aegis point...
