I've been searching everywhere, but I cannot seem to find an answer. Is it possible to have a raise spectre gem with +3 spectres on it any more? Or is that now a thing of the past? i.e. We had previously "level 31" raise spectre which got us to +3. Cannot seem to find info on if this changed, but can no longer find these gems available for trade?
