[3.3] Octavian's RainbowTrap Fire Trap Build. Everything viable.

Can i play this build in 3.9 and is it possible to do some changes to make it around lightning damage?

Is there an update to this build? Fire Trap was once a favorite skill of mine.

This specific build is dead, but FT is still a strong skill that's pretty much made for ignite/fire DoT. Reviving this as a Scion build might take some work, but Ignite Elementalist is pretty much the easiest thing to throw together.
