[3.6] Fire Elemental Hit Deadeye - Budget - Endgame

How cool this build for starting new league ?

Can someone show me how strong the non-xoph's version is? Maybe a PoB link or something? I am close to being able to afford xoph's, but it's the end of the season now so I don't know if I am even going to bother finishing this build, I hit my ceiling and it has become a pain to try to find upgrades.

Tested this build as a starter.

For the first time i suggest 4l: Ele hit; Ele dmg (red); Increased critical;GMP
Pathfinder before uber lab done(+farm keys and bosses easier not to die)
On ~ 75-80 respec to fire ele hit(with 2 gems and avatar of fire)

Also tested some shitty ~ 30% ele bonus rings (with life).
Not a big deal if you don't have unique rings.


t10 with onslaught etc w/o this rings in starter gear (really for a joke)

Is there a PoB for 3.4? Planning on using this as league starter for 3.5

Edit: "Chin Sol now deals 50% (down from 100%) more damage with Arrow Hits at close range and has 200-260% (up from 150-180%) increased physical damage." I can't tell if this is a buff or a nerf...

Wanted to play this build (as league starter), but since Quill Rain nerf and Chin Sol changes, I wonder if it's still viable or totally nerfed ?

Yeah, I'd really like to find out if this build is still viable for 3.5. The 50% more damage nerf looks ridiculously sad.

Yeah, and you could have even more with better jewels, coz yours have only life and some res.

According to PoB, this build now has 30% LESS damage than it had in 3.4 and has 50% LESS damage than it had in 3.3. Pretty sure it's still viable for all content although it's not OP anymore.
