I feel like there is definitely something missing from this build for survivability.

I've tried with a bunch of different setups, different auras, etc and I dont have trash gear either. I've also tried with 2 shimmers and my 2 rare wands seem to do considerably more dmg, so much so that I just dropped the 4pts worth of power charges and bought jewel sockets instead.

I mean, I feel like people have been asking for help since this league started with this build and the OP just seems to not care or thinks we are all simpletons and mocks us when we ask questions.

If it does we can get Arc to 45'ish range which is very close to pre-nerf.
