Edit: again this all started a day or two before PoE Battle Royale...
The bad routing causing your increase in latency is outside of our provider's network, which means there is not much we can do.
I will PM you the MTR from the server back to your IP address. I would recommend sending both of these through to your ISP's technical support for them to take a look at.
