I would prefer to run Blood Rage, as you can remove the degen by remove the gem from gem slot in case really want to be stationary and not attacking for a while, just it may be not degen enough , which i had to cast purity again to remove some extra mana (as i am using 10% phys damage to ele Watcher's Eye), as well as Blood Rage can use CWDT proc

To add on RF, when you want to stay idling to do whatever in map, just take the damn gem out. RF will stop activation BUT will re-activate automatically when the gem is socketed.
Personally, I only activate RF during boss fight (where it does matter) so it's not an issue at all, though some bosses are too dangerous to use RF unless you're tanky enough. Blood Rage can never harm you enough so it's easier to use for general mapping, normal bosses and delve. Especially delve. " If your BR cannot degen you enough, try to remove mana regen on tree and/or gear and also maximum mana too (since it affects net regen amount), or you can try to increase max life (since with MOM, 70% degen is on life). You can check in POB, the mana degen/sec of blood rage must be higher than zerphi + divine flask's mana recovery/sec to actually use BR. Before I got Kaom's, BR is troublesome, but with Kaom's and high level, I got enough life that my mana degen is now okayish (-1 or -2/sec I think). Can someone look at my char and see what i'm missing? Clearspeed is great but single target is a bit meh.

" Thank you, this is what I thought, but I wanted to be sure because there are two sources of DOT (RF and BR) and I had hope if I stop DOT from one source it will trigger 50% increased recovery rate of life. |

The thing is:
With RF, I lose blood rage so i'm not in the 4.95-5.05 attack speed bracket anymore. While mapping or doing Shaper I feel like i lose lots of damage even though my volatile dead tooltip is something like 55k instead of 30k but it desyncs my attack speed bracket with my cooldown bracket (above 27% cdr). The degen is also really annoying. I've tried with PoF and a ruby flask but it's still kinda unsafe or should i say uncomfortable during downtimes. Blood rage seems really fine and the degen is really minimal since i have 8700 life and 245 life per second regen without vitality (not using the same passive tree as OP). It's a shame I can't use the Arcane chemistry notable with blood rage though because divination distillate regens too much mana with the 35% mana recovery from flasks and it can stop your zerphi mid fight if you didn't take damage. I'd like to ask with delve being as rippy as it is would you recommend going with the lightning coil and kaoms roots for the majority of the time now ?

third uber elder down and first time without dying....kill off the fun of the game by using 2 ToH, just facetank everything and concentrated in refreshing flask effects. Just 6224 hp
