[3.2] Captain Americlast - Scion Spectral Shield Throw

Ptachnotes 3.2: Because of the theorycrafting of Ahfack and his Captain Americlast Scion, we changed shield throw to 2-3 Physical damage added per 45 Armour (was 2-3 per 15)

Looks good, gonna try it as league starter.

Well, looks interesting and the skill look very cool too.
But i'm worried about single target damage. That's the reason why i will probably play it in standard or at least not as league starter.
