Not sure if I'm misunderstanding something but it seems as if " x% increased attack speed while holding a shield" doesn't work. When I use a jewel that grants this the tooltip dps doesn't change. General attack speed mods without the "while holding a shield" do influence my dps. Can anyone confirm this?
