I addressed that in the previous page but I suppose I should add it to the FAQ. Vaal ST is being buffed but it's currently useless so I'm not sure the buff will be worth possibly losing quality or a +1 level.

Itching too to try the build..
After two leagues, still little clue what i´m doing so:
if i selfcast the Golem, go 20/20 and replace it with Vaal Haste. Would it be worth the effort damage wise or rather - would it work?

Good build, leveled until got stuck at lvl 90 in flashback league (it's kind of my personal lvl cap...).

Got to say that Cruel and Merciless Lab runs were Awful, but then I got enought leech, now is a breeze.

That been said, when it's best to take Vaal Pact? I took just after my first lab. Latter I thought it would be better to take after getting leech at full life.

Replace what with Vaal haste ? The golem ? The golem gives you a small permanent buff. Vaal haste a large temporary one. With the changes to Vaal skills, I think VH will be more useful as you'll be able to get souls from bosses too.

Better to take it after you've done the first 3 labs. Doing lab with VP can be a pain if you're no leeching well and you can't do that without at least 4 ascendancy points.

Sorry, so VH will work with Duration in the CWDT / IC setup right? Trying Golem instead of Portal then.

It'll get the increased duration but it won't be cast by CWDT. But then you end up with a self cast golem which means you won't have it when you need it. Who has the time to cast it constantly during a boss fight ?

Will 3.3 change this build?
