You're losing a lot of DPS without hypothermia but Increased Critical strikes is better than crit damage. Maybe even use an elemental focus if you can't afford pandemonius yet although it sucks losing all of the shatters that makes the build enjoyable and freezing bosses.

Slayer is pretty poop compared to new champion so I would probably switch. And since champion doesn't need accuracy I'd switch it with 2x scaeva.
