" There have been some server issues, for sure, and there are a disproportionate amount of connectivity issues currently, but all I can do is look at each problem and try to troubleshoot and find the correct cause with the information I'm able to gather. My experience recently is that the internet providers and backbone/upstream in Brazil has a much larger concentration of problems when compared to other regions, unfortunately. The same problems have a habit of returning after they get resolved. It's also pretty much a universal, that first level ISP tech support aren't knowledgeable/receptive to these types of problems. It can be awfully hard to find traction, even with troubleshooting information available that shows there is a fault. |

" You are correct - the routing for your connection doesn't go through Emtratel like his. You likely have a similar problem, but not one caused by the same issue. |

" You are quite right, Brazillian ISP's are always bad, and first level tech support has near to none knowledge, unfortunately. But still, way too many reports, from different ISP users, from all over the world in the last couple days. Made a new thread with my own report: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2054625 |

" Would you mind allowing it to run for longer? Their thread asks for 300-500 packets; yours has 36. "VPs are not required to change their posting style. " [heavy sarcasm, if anyone is wondering] 1) Yes, GGG are completely ignoring, and NEVER answered to any thread. Even here. These are not GGG answers. We are delusional. 2) Sure, it's never ISP issue:
Spoiler
![]() It is GGG, who fucked up the router, who fucked up the packet loss on all hops starting from ISP, who fucked up latency to 1.2 SECONDS. It's not ISP fault here, keep blaming GGG. 3)It seems you're not aware about how does internet works. I'll give you a small charade, which one do you think is my "normal gameplay" and which one is "not my ISP issue"? ![]() Let's see your WinMTR. Remember, suffering is convenient. Just a very weird coincidence that about 50 people with like 30 different ISP experience the same issues on like 20 different gateways in the last few days. Think about that

" Okay, we will. Please, in return, think about how that's considerably less than 1% of people playing PoE. " I'm not sure if you're only interested in staff replies or what, but I have responded to this already. You have packet loss throughout the entire file, starting at either hop 2 or hop 3. As the first hop is your modem, both of these would be within your ISP's network. The packet loss begins in Austria, within the network of a company which uses a few different names in different places. They're most commonly called UPC. If this company is not your ISP, then it's possible that your ISP is paying to use their infrastructure. While we're thinking about things, if the problem is server-side is it not a bit of a coincidence that third-party software shows a problem in your ISP's network? WinMTR isn't created or maintained by GGG - here's the Wikipedia article if you don't believe me. "VPs are not required to change their posting style. They are still welcome to express their opinions and take part in any discussions they wish. Their only responsibility is to continue doing what they have always done - posting in a friendly and constructive manner."
