Ye almost all, probably u cant do No Life Regen + No Leech or maybe u can with many life/mana flasks XD

In all my builds, I post videoproof, because without video, for me, u cant call it build but just Theory Build.

In the Last League (Harbinger) I created a build that used out of meta skill (Lightning Strike) just for show people u dont have to follow only what Big Streamers say, many people said to me "Lightning Strike" is out of meta, is good only for clear, well I did it, "Meta is an illusion Exile" :)

I did shaper with that build, and Lightning Strike was the Main Skill not just for clear like usual.

Now if u ask me "Is Lacerate best melee skill?" I say no, Blade Flurry is the higher dps melee skill but that's dont mean Lacerate suck, u can be good even if you're not the best :)

For this build Lacerate is best choise, because it work only with Swords and Axes so i can use the Dagger "Ungil Gauche" as off-weapon just for global bonus, I made this build long time agò, in the 2.4 but my experience in the game and mechanics was much less, now after long time i revised that build and made it work for End-Game.
