According to the PoB data of SpringWitch his Flicker Strike tooltip in hideout (with Hatred, Herald of Ash, Lightning Golem, using Melee Splash instead of Ruthless, without any charges, flasks or any other buff) should be around 19k (per use).

I can't crit enough, even though i bought 6 jewel with double crit chance and 1 damage mods. I've 63 crit chance unbuffed and 75 with power charges and golem but in middle of boss fight or mapping while flickering, i got out of frenzy charges and die. I've balanced wise oak 103 fire&cold&light res. 90level only 1 jewel spot left on tree. 6 frenzy (i have to buy two toned boots to balance wise oak). 2 diamond ring 29 crit chance.
Can you check my profile and help me improve because i like this build and its really fun but i can't kill bosses without dying couple times
