You should change your karui charge and goldrim for rares with hp and res. Also try to get one level more to wear chin sol and yriel (if you can get them). Replace added lightning and chain in tabula with barrage and elem focus (you will get two links there, one for aoe and other for single target, it is nice, i used both in tabula through all acts). You can level easier if your lvl will be more than locations (i'm ending act9 on 67 now).
And when you get around 2,5k hp to not die in lab on traps or from mobs hits, you can just buy lab service (i traded 2 offerings for 2-4 labs carry on 62lvl), it really hepls, after it i fell myself like a death machine :)

Run shaper quiver with Chinsol and Rigwalds with Windripper. Easy pezy

Thanks for the feedback, any decent 6L I can run in my windripper since my TS will be my chest and my barrage setup is in my Chinsol?

Which tree should I use? PoB for DPS or smth from trees? currently lvling and follow PoB for DPS

Really enjoying your build thanks for making the game fun for me again :) Before I saw this guide though I went Deadeye. I know you have shown us the ascendancy's for Deadeye but given the choice would you go Raider or Deadeye? I would be happy to re-spec to Raider but would like to get your opinion on this. Not sure what matt would say about this but imho. Depends on what you're going for, Raider is the 'safer' option since it's more flexible and does endgame bosses better. If you're going for MF or speed farming in general, or just intend to run as many maps as possible in a day of farming, Deadeye wins by a mile, but only for that very specific purpose.

Honestly I suck with this build, not really sure where is a problem. I have this gear so far:

I just can't make it to t9+ maps.
I'm dying really quickly to bosses or abyss rares, is it because of low life? Currently 3,6k. Movement speed is also BAD, where am I supposed to get more evasion? I have two eva flasks but what after I get Dying Sun and Vinktar flask? I also need run uber lab for the last ascendancy points, but that will add only 14% ms...
Also my damage sucks, LA is okay but barrage on bosses and red beasts is just low, 159k effective dps...
Any advice?

Can i use Ice shot instead of tornado shot? it gives much more dps.

I don't get why people like deadeye. Raider is just as fast because you can have an extra movement speed flask because you don't have to worry about using an anti-freezing flask. And with all the frenzy charges giving you movement speed. I changed my character to deadeye and my movement was slower than on a raider.
