Rigwald's Quills isn't really used for damage, it's used for its "Projectiles Fork" modifier, which goes really well with the Deadeye chain for clearspeed.

Hey, Your using lightpoacher which spits out phys Projectiles. I recommend using a phys to lightning gem in the helm to reduce the phys damage put out by it when running Phys reflect maps.
