Can someone please explain how we generate endurance charges? I see the CWDT linked with immortal call but cannot figure the source of the charges

" probly u were in map which has 'monsters have endurance charge' mod. and u stole it from them. (we have 20% chance to steal power, frenzy, and endurance charges from skill tree) |

i have problem my life leech stop working it workds befor and not it doest. i have followed the guide stop on. but some how the life leech stoped working it works with a pyshical claw but not with me elemental one

Spectral Throw would work with the same gear and passive tree righT? Or would a raider just be better for a ele ST?

Any tips on finding the correct 40 phys Watcher's Eye on POE Trade? I've been searching it and haven't even seen one with the right stats.

You can use Tabula MS setup too, its work great on clear, for me better then a 4 ling Wild Strike or Frost Blades (try it too). I just change a chest for bosses (not for all just a harder one) :)
