[3.x - Discontinued for now] Burning Spectres - Torch the Atlas - HC Shaper, Elder, Uber Atziri

Im having troubles with my AG, even linked with an empower +2, minion life and melee splash it cant stay alive in boss fights...

it will work only with a +2 helmet?

How u guys keep your AG alive in a shaper fight?

Thanks
Hey all. First off, love the build!

With that said, I'm at a point where I'm not sure what the next best upgrade is.

What do you guys think? (Solar guards right now)

I also have a 5L Vis Mortis. What would be the priority if I want to stick 2 SG's in there for mapping? I assume Spectre, GMP, Fire Pen, Echo, Minion Life (or Damage?)

Don't even think about minion life gem. Also throw away fire penetration, it's really low priority.

It must be something like spectre-gmp-echo-minion damage-elemental focus/controlled destruction.

But generally, i don't recommend it. If you are using solar guards - use them completely. They by themself will be better damage even on boss than half-assed 2 TV + 2 spectres, cause you atleast can concentrate on boosting one of those (jewels on cast speed for example). Trying to be jack of all trades with spectres will lead you to nothing.

Well, someone like it, so maybe you can try. But be aware that:
1) you are using practically 2 6-link, so you will be starving for gem-slots very much, without adequate returns
2) dividing spectres for 2 teams basically halving your dps both on clear and boss.

If you need adapted version for clear speed - try considering something that will not half your spectres. Golemancer/skeleton mages/zombies
Spectres has been really fun. For those having clearspeed problems, I'd recommend giving https://www.poebuilds.io/profile/hc/Wiizai/WiizaiREGUxRIKO a try with SGs. The perma rampage and onslaught solve so many problems for mapping. Tree is slightly different with less %hp, far more jewels though so there's a trade off.

Haven't done bosses so it may be far worse there but it made leveling a breeze.

At this moment in the league I've done all those setups. Zombies are far the worst (ofc), and skeleton mage can help TV's with clearspeed trading only one jewel slot. Golems boost a lot the clearspeed, but you trade off ALL jewels sockets and well, golems are agressive but not that much.
Before the OP using 2 SG + 2 TV I tried that but followed his mind about sockets and yeah, starving with gem slots was the problem, so I switched a few things, didn't bother anymore with AG and this became the best variation to myself.
Farming guardians/shaper all day long and I can tell you, it's not "half-assed 2TV + 2 SG". 2 SG are enough to kill mobs before they reach you and 2 TV can handle bosses pretty much well (ofc, 4 TV do more damage but those SG can hit like a truch too). Red Elder is a fight that you really need to have a good AOE and it's a example where this setup can excels.
Can someone clarify something for me? I read in the overview that he says that you gain 600+ life on block, where is the source of this life on block? I'm looking through everything in the build and can't find where he gets that from. Thanks!
Bone Offering
I just rerolled my witch in order to try this build but... I have absolutely no idea on how to play it.

The thread is great but it's lacking basic playstyle description.
