[3.0] Infernal Blow "ONE PUNCH MAN". CHEAP. WITHOUT 6L!! 200k+ DPS, 6,5k+ HP, 10k+ Armour 50% Block.

I've raised this build to level 90, and I'm having trouble now that I'm entering tier 12+ maps. A lot of the bosses one-shot me, even with 5.6k health. I had to swap a few passives around in order to max my resists, so I have maybe less life than I should, but I am not really sure how to get my defenses/HP up without sacrificing huge chunks of DPS.

Are there any recommendations for a higher budget version of this so I can take it further? I was thinking of buying Abyssus and maybe a 6l Belly of the Beast, but I'm not sure I'd be able to survive the 40% increase in physical damage taken, and if the increased toughness would be worth it either way.
