looks like a solid plan, but keep in mind that your pastebin is set to lvl 100. lower it to lvl 86 to get the exact amount of life you would have with the example gear.

I would try to get some life on your jewels and if possible get 2 blue sockets, one for conc effect /inc AoE swapping and one for increased critical strikes. if you can only hit 1 blue slot, use it foe conc effect/ inc AoE

last point I would consider about is stuns and freezes... it is better to drop Shaper's Touch for rare gloves to cap your resists instead and use Kaom's Roots. In sum you get more life as well.

oh and dont skill in extra Frenzy charges, getting Onslaught takes longer and the 2 passives can be spent in another jewel slot with small modifcations to the tree.

Edit: I have swapped out BLood Rage and put in Vaal Grace instead, so you will be much tankier with 68% dodging attacks

I noticed that you had taken acrobatics. Is that necessary? Should all my gear be evasion based instead of armour based?

Kaom's Roots give u unwavering stances, so u can't evade
In case you're thinking about evasion as defense layer, u should reach 50%, otherwise u won't feel a difference

As Ceratoidei already said, we dont need any Evasion on our gear as long as we wear Kaom's Roots because we just cannot evade anymore. Therefore we get Immuniteis to Stun, Freeze, and Slow. Because in 3.1 some monsters live longer than in 3.0 we spent one passive point into Phase Acrobatics, so we get at least 30% DODGE chance, which works similar as Evasion, but is a different Defense Layer that also works with Unwavering Stance (Kaom's Roots) and is able to be over 60% with Vaal Grace. ;)

Though if you feel to go on full Evasion, so without Kaom's Roots, I would still use Acrobatics and try to get the 80% stun avoidance enchant on the boots, some stun and ailment avoidance from the tree and the Major Pantheon Soul of the Brine King with all its Subs. That might work as well pretty good and make overcapping resists way easier. Not to forget the special Flask Kiara's Determination!

It's up to you and your wealth/gear.

I modified the pastebin on page 1 a bit. Instead of Shaper's Touch I'm now using rare gloves

Haggling or Gambling, Anulling and Multimodding can be way cheaper than just buying a 400pdps claw if you don't rip it by Anulling. This is only good for offhand and only if you cannot afford a 400 or higher pdps claw though, so if you plan to transition to a big dps claw + statstick version later or feel better with a conservative claw, crafting this might be a waste for you.

Anyway, for my lvl 92 Scion it is a win and I just wanted to share. Breaking Point for my toon is a 425pdps claw. Can't really say if gained Lightning damage is better than Cold damage. I was hoping to shock map monsters at least but with this one I'm not sure if it is really applying to monsters that survive the first hit. Things already do die too fast anyway. Possibly the added Cold version might be better for certainly Freezing stuff, so it would be more defense at similar dps.

250pdps claws with a t1 or t2 added cold/lightning mod are pretty cheap right now and rise your dps to the level of a 400pdps claw. Be fast to grab yours and good luck with Anulling disturbing suffixes if necessary.

Break-even in comparison with a pure phys dps claw in offhand is 433pdps!

I bought the lightning claw for 2ex, luckily annulled a suffix to be able to clear all suffixes and crafted the shit.

I bought the cold claw for 4ex, with 2 additional suffixes, so, no need to annul anything here.

sure, a pure 400+pdps is ideal, but those hybrid claws costed less than 10ex each. Pretty good since the dmg is very similar.

Chaos spamming could be cheaper, maybe. But the best I got out of 100c was
