Not the OP, but I think he's running an Enlighten (Level 4) gem and/or the reduced mana reserved node from the skill-tree.

forgot to answer,
flat phys, 15% attack speed and 25% bleed chance are local stats and dont affect blade flurry, but the totem (mainly bleed chance useful for us) while the other 2 stats plus the general dual wielding bonus boosts your Blade Flurry. That is why Rigwalds must be in main hand, otherise the Totem would not get the bleed chance...

the main part of the tree is linked to the Duelist. As Scion you can unlock another Class where you can begin the tree from when you invest 5 Ascendancy Points in it.
