I assume an oversight, and remnant of low life version.

Some of the new shield nodes are pretty amazing too. I would suspect, you just didnt look at em close enough yet.

Or the dark arts node if you want to dual wield. 30% cd recovery on movement skills... as well as massive cast speed, and nice mana regen after using a movement skill.
