For me I have no problems at all. Either it's too hard to kill me, or I kill things fast enough to prevent them from performing any deadly moves. sorry for the noob question: but how are you getting your endurance charges? seeing you do not run warlord? also wouldnt another support gem bring more damage than arcane surge?
