How can you check to see how much of your damage you have converted so far?

there are not many ways to convert .. so .. if u dont know it u probably converted 60% (from the spell itself)

Well I downed red elder with this build in Abyss. Need to think of someway to mana sustain during the first phase. Second phase mana was short but is super easy.

You could get spell damage on your shield and amulet.
For belt try using mine damage enchant from Tora.
Probably your jewels could be upgraded a lot as well.

Or get Hrimsorrow/Hrimburn till you get a decent helment with GC convert.
