Sao Paulo Server latency

It's monday on new zealand almost 4-5 pm.

After struggling through for 15 days with average 200ms and 3000ms spikes I'm once again uninstalling. Completely unplayable

" So, some of your problems is coming from your ISP, VIVO. The packet loss starts at the 5th hop, that belongs to VIVO. Never the less, this realm is experiencing issues again.
