it's been really rough playing on SA servers man... packet losses, 200+ms on a constant basis.

At this point i basicly give up, i supported this game since 2012, always buying supporter packs whenever i could.

the problem persists, it's horrible at peak times, clearly the route is not holding up the amount of traffic.

Our server provider has asked for some fresh WinMTR captures to help them continue investigating.
If some people who're affected can capture at least 100 packets to br.login.pathofexile.com and throw them here, it'd be very helpful. Also, if you could also add the following, it will be extra-helpful:

Been having this issue for a while, something goes horribly wrong when the connection hops to São Paulo Embratel servers
An easy traceroute does it i think. I have been experiencing the game with 150 + Ping for about 3 weeks now. Sometimes it jitters like crazy for over 1000 ping  |
