[3.2] Deadeye Windripper solo MF

Ice bite still doesn't provide as much dps as gems like lightning damage or slower projectile. Also blood rage already generates frenzy charges for free and have a lot of attack speed. The degen is almost zero after regen nodes on the tree. I don't see why switching to ice bite is a good choice so far.
Depends on your level and how many frenzy charges you got. blood rage is only usable if you use legacy vinktar, if you don't have that you need to pick up vaal pact and lose all the regen.

I agree with you that added lightning damage is better than ice bite if you got legacy vinktar however.
Yes, with legacy Vinktar I can ditch Vaal Pact and leech nodes altogether. Also I am using Blood Rage and Damage on Full Life together since I have enough regen to cap life. These two combined with Added Lightning produce the best dps. Still keeping Pierce though, not sure whether there's a better option.

Good call with damage on full life, that didnt use to work, but as of 2.6 it actually works.

I tested with 3 skill points in the pierce cluster, seems to be plenty enough to drop the pierce gem, added cold should be better than that now.

With the flask nerf, is it still worth traveling to the witch flask nodes? I'm leaning towards taking the scion life wheel instead.

Gives an additional projectile to dying sun still, and for a flaskfinder i would say its worth it yes. However, i think scion is superior this patch. I havent bothered to gather the skill points yet on my ranger but when i do i will compare the POB for scion and ranger, and i strongly suspect scion to come out ahead, at least for higher level bosses where u might run out of flask charges.

I think that Ranger its better than Scion, because Ranger (Raider or Pathfinder) have Immunity to Elemental Aliments, and have more movement and attack speed.

I used these except for culling strike. It doesn't provide a consistently high dps compared to lighting damage or damage on full life.
It's for the golem to cull with MF :) its a nice little trick if u wanna use the gem slots.
This is what I am getting with ranger:

- 9K life
- 380k effective aoe dps
- 140% quantity

Even better than 2.6!
