Because You don't have any maximum life on your items besides gloves, belt and boots and only on gloves You have ok roll. Get +max life on other items and probably change Your helmet.

1) We need Belly of the beast Right?

2) Starkonja isnt better for survive? +Life.

3) Any new uniques good for us?

This build is amazing and easy to follow, although I had to follow it from your stream or profile sometimes because the league just started. It will be much easier for newbies like me when everything will be updated here. So please be patient guys.

My gear is shitty and the build works great still. Need some more rares or maybe uniques... possibly TOA soon - you guys have a luck to drop it!

Mapping will be so easy with it, bossing a waaaay harder play ranger for the first time. It`s easy to die if you don`t know what to do in combat.

Hopefully after a gear upgrade I will be able to clear and kill everything!!! WILL SEE.

First time in awhile the POETrade live notification really paid off for me. First I thought I did well paying 30c for a 277dps Touch of Anguish that got posted up. Then I got a 260dps one for 3 alchs! I could have swore the guy was trolling or miss typed his price but I hit him up quick and actually got it! Now I just need to level up and balance my resists.

I got some life, and played as smart as I could. Not a single death on an iceberg map because of the boss, which I should skip anyway, but eh.

edit: mapping/bossing is much easier now that I have a decent-ish health pool. Will be trying t5s when I get them, and sacrificing more dps for a bit more life. A good tradeoff, imo.

edit: I managed to get 4.7k life on this build, but the damage has been greatly reduced since life nodes were more important. I think with this amount of life and the damage output i do I can do yellow maps, but may have to roll another build in order to get to higher tiers.

I'm also going to try to go full glass cannon at soe point and learn better positioning so that I don't have to sacrifice dps for survivability, but that's after I'm comfortable mapping in general (first league).

My thoughts are that this is a fun playstyle overall, and I am happy I chose it as my starter!

Can someone explain the • Orb of Storms -> Curse On Hit -> Power Charge on Crit –> Frostbite setup? Is that supposed to help with the single target damage?

Yes you use that against tougher enemies, like bosses, to reduce their cold resistance and get powercharges.

I am off work, today Wednesday Dec 13th. I will be puting together a update #9 later in the day. This update my not be huge as I have no got my hands on any of the new op elder/shaped items. But I will go over gem links and some passive tree changes and potentially stats on gear to look for.

Also side note. The slayer I am playing is for bossing, I did not quit Frostblades or anything it's still my mapper, so you can calm it will all the in game msgs asking me why. Haha see you guys later!
