[3.25]g00fy_goober's EleBuzzsaw Deadeye (Easily Clear All Content) *REVAMPED AGAIN*

Updated for 3.9. Only change overall was the nerf to point blank :(. Largely unchanged overall though. Haven't played ST build in quite awhile myself and its one of my favorite builds of all time, might be a good league to do it up again.
Well, ST got a 10% attack speed modifier which is a buff I believe? Also we got a new lightning damage nodeset, Shocking Strikes, which gives 25% shock chance, 25% shock effect,30% crit chance against shocked enemies and 44% lightning damage for 4 points (based on current tree layout) which seems pretty decent. Though I don't know if you can give up any points to get that. With the elemental ailment changes for bosses, it may be enough to push into shocking bosses.

Yeah looking at your old tree, you could remove the 3 10% projectile damage nodes and get Ballistic mastery from the south, saving 2 points. Though I'm a big fan of quickstep, at least until you get some good jewels to outdo it, then unspec it. Although Raider moves so fast, 9% attack speed, 6% move speed for 2 passives is pretty good. I also think you can gain a bit of damage by losing a 1 health node worth of stuff by changing routing in the upper shadow area. I haven't played an ele buzzsaw build since the league Atziri released I believe, so I dunno what is exactly needed.

The new mistwall shield looks interesting with Acrobatics, although I'm not quite sure if Block rolls before or after dodge or evade. If it does, then its a pretty big layer of defense.

EDIT: Checking the wiki, Block is the 2nd to last step in the receiving damage calculation, so if you have High evasion and Dodge, your blocks will likely catch 75% of the hits that might make it through. Plus it looks like the shield grants a whopping 16% move speed so you go even faster.

Boss dmg is super high but there are 2 things of note. 1.) You have to switch GMP for Slower proj. This kind of gameplay relaly annoys me, i hate flopping gems around. I think GGG is going away from this kind of thing (especially in 4.0) but as of now you are kinda stuck swapping a gem out.

2.) Point blank is a huge source of our extra damage and it was nerfed from 50% more to 30% more dmg. Still good but definitely a nerf.

That being said most map bosses died so quick i never even swapped to slower proj, just took 4 seconds to kill them instead of 2. However i also want to note that this patch buffs a lot of act bosses and map bosses with life pools and such.

All that aside, you shouldnt have a problem it does prty good dmg and prty good clear and is INCREDIBLY fun. I haven't played a ST in quite awhile myself so i think i might have to remake it this league myself :)
is belly of the beast the go to, or are there better options? Do you have a GG item setup for this build?
IGN: EruptionII
Looking for good wander gear, 5L-6S, or 6L armor.

Mostly its what is listed. Haven't fully min/maxed in awhile, and now loreweave deff not worth it, so would have to find something else. Might be a good rare with super high life and attacks have extra base crit.
Hello. I would this build work with Blade Flurry as main spell if you remove all the projectile nodes?
Is Tombfist really the best gloves? Just wondering since they don't have attack speed like the ones in your gear section.

Probably not any more. If it was just the attack speed that tombfists were missing they would probably still be best, but abyssal jewels were nerfed as well. A good rare pair of gripped gloves with attack speed + life + res and probably some craft is the way to go.
