[3.25]g00fy_goober's EleBuzzsaw Deadeye (Easily Clear All Content) *REVAMPED AGAIN*

Hi all!

I started this build, and I love it.
However I feel very squishy, and I would like to know why.

Can anybody please help me with it?

currently my armor is at 605
and my evasion is 878.

I am kinda beginner, so I could use some help as to what to do to make my character more durable.

Quick answer is: Your gear is absolutely awful, and you have no life on almost anything. You even have a fertile mind jewel socketed in tree for i can only imagine what reason.

My advice is to re read the guide very carefully and take special notice of the gear and stat prioritization section.
Just wanted to post to say thanks for the build.
This is really fun and very different from the totems/minions or even cyclone I've used to.

Kinda bland IMO. I mean they are not bad, but compared to other TOP ascendancy classes raider is still very far off. Look at slayer or berserkers 4x2 node massive dps boosts. Even niche ones like trickster, saba, hiero, necro, occultist, champ etc seem much stronger.


That being said Raider did get buffed a bit. Basically got a dmg buff on frenzy charges (which lets just say 8 frenzies) now gives 64% dmg now instead of 24%. So 40% increased damage.

Phasing giving -res when you are nearby is not terrible i guess but not game changing for most builds. Think best option will still be onslaught route.

Which now has been buffed a bit too. You get +5% chance to evade which is nice, you get onslaught effect on the little nodes instead of onslaught duration which is nice. You get 10% increased attack daamge, and 5% MORE evade.


All in all we now get doing the same path:

50% increased damage
30% onslaught effect
+5% evade chance
+5% MORE evade chance

Better than nothing, but still far from being top tier class.

I think that that is not this skill or ascendancy and i have not theory crafted or looked into it at all, soooo not a clue, but if i did have a clue, i wouldn't be answering it in my elebuzzsaw ST guide.

how viable is this build as a Boss Killer? Will I need to invest a massive amount of Ex bevor I can comfortably kill Shaper, Uber Atziri and Uber Elder or is this reachable on a 10 ex budget?
Are there more recent Video'S in existant where I can view the gameplay in 3.6/3.7 or 3.8?

I have not done this build in quite awhile actually (god i wish i had more time on my hands).

Still one of my fav builds of all time and single target was always pretty great on it. However you have to swap out GMP for slower proj. Once you have decent gear and such things like uber elder should not be an issue but you do have to get in pretty close so knowing the mechanics of the fight is kind of key.

That being said there were minor buffs to this build for a handful of leagues now including ascendancy getting some more evade and damage this league. Hope that helps.
