How is the survivability with average equips, or bad ones from leveling? I would like to do labs and stuff early into the league but will I just get destroyed? Also how is the leech without a vinktars

Is it possible to just go full evasion with dual dreamfeathers and queen of the forest? sounds like a way cheaper build for a league starter

" Survivability is just fine as is the leech. The difference is on what you actually want to do. If you want to facetank shaper or minotaur or something that's not going to happen w/o best gear, leveled gems, high level, vinktar etc. Just for normal maps and such and labs mediocre gear is more than sufficient. " Your best bet would be to look at mathils guide. 1.) This entire guide is based on ELE dmg, dreamfeather is all physical. 2.) Shield is used in this build, your talking about dual wielding. 3.) Belly is a huge chunk of life added as well. 4.) All your gems would be different, you wouldn't get any WED or lightning dmg, or pen etc etc etc If you want to go physical and dual wield dream feathers, knock yourself out but the only similarity between what your asking and this guide is the skill spectral throw. |

" I want! :) |

" ALL credit for these videos goes out to netmos! These are NOT my videos, just giving you an idea of the build, they are very very similar though so you get the idea.

My second shaper run this leguage -- i died once because i had like 2 fps when recording malachi fight, but i think it still shows what this build is capable of. That death is also the reason there was only a screenshot till now - i was to scared to record my first fight :P https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qA2tfTwvDvU&feature=youtu.be T16 Minotaur kill: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sVTwH8tCrF4&feature=youtu.be T16 Chimera kill: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c-k7BG_5giw&feature=youtu.be T16 Phoenix map: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B5DG8BQ6vAI&feature=youtu.be T16 Hydra with vulnerability and 2 breaches: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c4yJa2XFjEs&feature=youtu.be Worst uber atiziri run ever made -- But my second lifetime uber run so please dont blame me to hard :(: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fw5LJTmax2M&feature=youtu.be My first ever try of taking on Chayula in his domain: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v5E8sBfq8yo&feature=youtu.be For people worried about their gear i added a white 2 link atziri run: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ELgdVCx3i6Y&feature=youtu.be Atziri run: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2qH7-Az-v_s t15 shaped sextanted unid Courtyard (twinned): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zw-SzzdsCvE&feature=youtu.be |

" Well the reason I mentioned Frost Blades is because it's the only other proj gem available to Ranger from vendor/quest rewards. To get EK/FT/FP we'd have to spend some extra time muling the gem on another toon. I was just wondering if there was a more favorable option that is clearly superior in the early levels. As a spellcaster, the arguably best early option was Spark+FT into Firestorm with a +1 crafted wand/sceptre. I tried a run to Brutus with ST and a phys% crafted weapon and it just felt weak due to ST's positioning requirement. Just wondering if you think it's worth it to spend the extra time muling a more powerful starting gem up to Brutus. Thanks! |

" You would have to check and see. If you are here to RACE then no ST will not be your best option for sure, just to level and go through its not bad at all though. As for other gems, start of league its usually super simple to find someone in town to buy you one if your not the right class. However ranger intel is PRETTY low and freezing pulse + firestorm is most deff my favorite to level with, and its all intel. |

Can you allow your characters to be "public" so we can track your progress/tree/gear during the league?
