You can put those 3 points from unspecing Magma Strike into Splitting Strikes

Yes but you don't get to benefit from the "Cannot be frozen" for Cyclone because Cyclone is a physical skill gem.

Your amulet can get some Harvest love.

1. Remove defense
2. Augment life or craft 55 life on the amulet.
3. Remove lightning
4. Add/remove chaos for the t1 chaos resistance

Gloves need harvest love too.

1. Add/remove life
2. Add/remove attack till you hit t1 melee damage

Hypnotic Knuckle Ring

1. Remove attack to remove that fire attack damage (if it remove physical damage, you can always add it back via add/remove physical).

Hi! Quick question. Will vaal regalia explode chest also work? do we really need the armour on Astral plate? - Ignore this. Vaal regalia would have issues with int. Thank you.

additionally, Sample gears suggest rare amulet while pob is Xoph. Which is which? Im planning Cyclone RT. Also as per POB Total DPS is 71,665?

The guide is more up to date than POB so definitely follow the guide. Since the change to Infernal warcry gem, Ngamahu's Flame and Magmatic Strike, Xoph's Blood no longer the BiS amulet for the build.

With end game gears (via Harvest crafting), the build can reach 4+ mdps Sirus dps.

I have switched to the EO build and it works quite well so far. Since I have a ring with Flammability, I decided to keep Anger and Blood&Sand instead of Blasphemy and Flammability. Good idea?

Yep. With that ring, you can definitely drop Blasphemy + Flammability. :)
