Assuming GGG ain't touching PF and flasknodes:
~ With duelist leech nodes the leech speed should be fine, maybe we won't facetank shaper's beam anymore, but hell, that's not really needed anyways.
~ 1 less projectile on helm enchant, well, that's like what, 500k endgame dps? Screw it, won't hurt much.
~ Evasion wise - we won't lose too much here aswell, only some eva from QotF itself and some movespeed since it will cap at +100% MS as QotF bonus (Toma, you probably forgot to include that into your calculations), so 160-170%+ MS total is guaranteed without Quicksilver anyways - that's enough for general speedclearing already (of course old 240-250 is OP as hell, but oh well).

To sum up: We will still rock! :)

Well i forgot some stuff / made some other mistakes.
This should be correct now.

I have 42% unbuffed Movement speed +100% Qotf +20% Onslaught buff+ 45% Adrenaline Flask Roll (plus Flask effectiveness) and 15% from Nature's Adrenaline which i forgot last night.

That's 222% right? Fast Enough if you ask me.

I'd pick always one's with t1 Life and since i really love the base crit. on KB i'd go with Glyph Talons.

But all of them are juicy.
I played this build in Harbinger and it was the most fun I ever had in PoE, thanks a lot for that!

I didn't even have the Barrage enchant and still did Guardians reasonably well. It wasn't enough for Shaper or Uber Atziri, but that's because I didn't put in the time that is needed for the character.

Also, I did the math (i.e. looked at my Path of Building) and saw that with the QotF "nerfs" my movement speed will be lowered by exactly 0% with my current gear :D

If it's true what you say, and Vaal Pact really is no big deal, I will definitely go for this build again in Abyss and try to push it as far as it goes.

But I have a question: You say the build got a lot more expensive. By that, do you mean in general (i.e. to get it going), or do you mean it's just a lot more expensive to push it to the pre-Barrage-nerf DPS?

To Answer your question.

It's a speculation as, by the feedback i got, many struggled to get the Singletarget DPS going.

A +2 Barrage enchant on pretty much any Helmet Base (Devoto's Devotion was a really nice budget option 5-6ex), was extremly helpful to get the Singletarget DPS going.
Now that you lose 1 Proj., i can see that some will struggle more.

Yet then someone like you come's by and says he had no problem for general content.
Which is pretty fair to me, since most of the content is not bossing guardian/shaper etc.

In the End i'd rather overreactivly (is that even a word) warn and say "it's going to be more expensive", than acting like nothing is going to change (1 Barrage proj. will do some change's in building a wander up) just to prepare people for the heavy currency sink, wander's can be.

Ah, that makes sense. I vaguely remember having some trouble before I got my 6 link (and then getting the colours right) and getting the Uber Lab ascendancy (for >50% flask efficiency). But everything after that was such a blast that I almost forgot about it. I also got a decent Vinktar and a perfect Dying Sun relatively cheap, so that was a nice kick-starter :D

I ended up with ~900k DPS in PoB, with which I could do Guardians with no more than 1-3 deaths after learning their patterns and being reasonably concentrated. I tried Shaper once and miserably died, but I think a skilled player might have been able to with my gear. I was then too busy getting my challenges rather than pushing the character further - that's what I'm going to do in Abyss now :D
Surprised we didn't take a bigger nerf to Barrage/Kinetic Blast.

REALLY happy with the build so far. Able to delete all content. And just thought that I'd share these mini upgrades:

Yeah I forgot some stuff myself. Apparently with my current gear setup I would lose only 26% movespeed, coming from QotF bonus due to 57k-ish evasion. With current setup it is 237%, will be 211% in 3.1, so yeah, more than enough ^^

Other than that, I think we just dodged the bullet for 3.1 and probably 3.2 will bring more significant nerfs concerning wanders. Till then...let's party :D will wand again this league ;)
Well honestly they should only nerf it in a way that makes kb/barrage not the only options. By maybe buffing other wand skills. fingers crossed.
