[Tool] POE Trades Companion - Enhance your trading experience

First time user with this.

The tabs for outgoing whispers show up.
But when I get a incoming whisper from a buyer no tab is showing.
All I here is the sound.


I play in window mode.

Any tips?

Yes same here. I thought it was something on my end but maybe not. Catches some incoming trade messages but not all for some reason i haven't figured out yet.

Edit: It seems to be an issue with the logfile in the game and not with this this program. Check the previus page and the post by zxfx. Let's hope ggg can get this fixed soon.

By the way i love the new updates for buying items. Makes it so much better. A button to go to their hideout, say thanks, return to my hideout and leave party. Amazing job!

About the issue where some whispers are not working:

TL;DR:
This is a legal requirement in Korea. Whispers cannot be logged, for privacy reasons.
Based on Chris answer, this means that any whisper that does not work (English / Korean / Russian / Whatever) is actually from a player with their POE account linked to Kakao.
This also mean that any whisper that do work (English / Korean / Russian / Whatever) is actually a player not from Korea, or a player from Korea without having their Kakao account linked to their POE account.

Soo, sadly, nothing that can be done about this. At all.
... Until GGG decides to push a work-around or something.

Even if this is HIGHLY annoying (what's the point of trading interfaces if they can't even do what they're supposed to?) that won't stop me from working on the tool.

Actually... That's not the purpose of this tool.
It's an interface to keep track of your trading whispers.
There is a Price Verify feature, but that's only to make sure that the price listed in the whisper is the same as the one listed on the website (whisper edit scammers).

If you're looking for a feature like Ctrl+D from TradeMacro, then no, this tool does not offer that.
Also don't worry if your TradeMacro hasn't been working correctly lately, it's a general bug. I think it's been fixed by now though.

For direct support, I'd recommend joining the Discord Server. I do my best to answer instantly and if not, you're still guarantee to get an answer within a few hours.

I can't add any new buttons to the interface. I'm trying to make my own button but it won't let me.

It's unresponsive and nothing happens when i click 'add as a new action' or 'save changes to action'
It actually locks up everything i can't even view or edit any other buttons. The only thing i can do is reset all to default.

Any ideas?

Can you PM me your logs folder?
(/Documents/lemasato/POE Trades Companion/Logs/)

Logs themselves won't help, but they contain informations about your AHK version and your resolution (+scale dpi), which could be related.

Also, is your issue similar to one of those? #191 #220

Yes it is issue 191 you linked. I will send you the log files.
All sorts of weird stuff happening. All of a sudden i couldn't paste into the box where you add commands nor could i delete anything (like pressing backspace or delete button on keyboard)
They wouldn't respond in the program but outside program work fine.

I will also try the latest stable version. Currently i am using the latest beta.

Sorry for the late reply.

Makes sense! I'll add a setting to add your account name, and make it so it ignores any messages from one of your characters.
