" You should be fine with a 20%. I run a 20% enchanted rare helmet, and it is a huge upgrade. Given the discrepancy between a 20% and a 30% Devoto's, I think you would be more comfortable paying 3 for the 20%. Good luck |

" I don't think that's a general rule, depends how many attack speed nodes you have taken on the tree or rolls you have on your equipment. Best way is to calculate it based on your stats |

Hey currently leveling this dude and im going to use belly of the beast bcz i already have it 6 linked, is it still worth it to use rapid decay on eq or is bleeding from atziri's not enough to invest in it ?
like should i use faster attacks or melee phys dmg on full life ? thank you. |
