What do you think of frostbolt and 2x frozen trail orb? Going cold for freeze and chill instead of fire flameblast? Frostbolt also have crazy range. Can clear 2 screens away.

Why last gem is elemental focus not fire penetration?
As i understand high lvl bosses have 75% res. With 21 lvl flammability it will be 30% res, so with 21 lvl FP it give 54% more damage.
21 lvl EF give 50% more damage and cancels burning damage.

Because it's not optimal with inquisitor i guess, since critical strikes will anyway ignore resists ?

I can't decide between this and SRS for my starter build :/. I feel like this is tankier, but no idea in terms of lategame damage?

hi forum,

simple question, how do you get the required DEX for your items? (ex. dagger ...)

First time running this build ever, just using as a league starter. Works well but I find the damage a little lacking. I'm only 73 though and have only gotten 3 of my ascendancy done, still need uber.

Are there any ways to really scale up this damage, or is it basically capped out by cast speed/spell damage slots on your gear?

Just wanting some advice on what I can do to get the damage up.
